Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actor and singer. The most famous of her roles is her work in theatre and as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. She also performed the Disney track Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) to be used in the edition Disneymania. While playing the role of Belle van der Pol on broadway, she's performed a number of songs featured in the soundtrack to the show. One such song is her famous A Change in Me.
